MIG Musik welcomes a promising new band in their ranks. The indie pop rockers JOAN RANDALL released their eponymous debut album on Friday, March 31, 2017. With the help of an indistinguishable sound and superheroine, the quartet wants to find its place.

The thoroughbred musicians have developed their individual style with their mixture of euphoria and pensive sounds, and they call this melange “exhausting, evocative and restless”. All of the tunes invite you to sing along and dance. For their self-written songs, the four guys have been inspired by classic bands such as the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and U2.

And the band is never without their name giving muse and superheroine Joan Randall. The girlfriend of Captain Future accompanied the newcomers through hundreds of rehearsals until their first label deal was signed with MIG Music beginning of March this year.

The members of the band founded 2012 in Hanover, Germany, have already been on the scene for a longer time.  On stage, next to singer Rafael, bassist Ilja, and drummer Phil stands guitarist Basse who is a former member of the successful formation The Jinx. “We have worked hard over the last five years, and we have invested innumerable hours in our debut album. Our anticipation is great and cannot be expressed in words”, says bandleader Rafael.

Since March 31, 2017, JOAN RANDALL’s debut album is available as a digital release for under 10 Euro at iTunes, amazon music and others. Also available is their music video for the single release of “Joan Randall” which has been shot in and around Hanover.

Of course, the release will be celebrated – on June 2, 2017, with a concert at the club LUX, Hanover.
