When people hear the name PETER HAMILL most of them think of his old band VAN DER GRAAF GENERATOR. During their time the band delivered stuff only for specialists, people with a faible for uncommen sounds or how dprp.net wrote “Van der Graaf Generator is known for their fusion of intelligent music with literary lyrics”.
At the 9th ROCKPALAST night October 17, 1981, it was the third formation that fully turned on the heat in the packed Grugahalle in Essen. Friends of blues rock will gladly take a note of this day: the third and forth solo album, “Bluesheart” and “Chameleon” by MILLER ANDERSON (not counting the project Hemlock) will be released July 29, 2016 in a collector’s edition designed with love and arranged with a 12-page booklet.
