The legend has it that the four Oregon musicians met at the legendary Woodstock Festival in 1969. However, it is documented that at least guitarist/pianist Ralph Towner and bassist Glen Moore were on stage with US singer/songwriter Tim Hardin. On October 8th Andreas Vollenweider and Friends (The Band: with Andreas, Walter Keiser & Isabel Gehweiler) gave a showcase for the new album “Quiet Places” with reading parts from the book “Im Spiegel Der Venus” (read by Christoph Gaugler) in Zurich’s “Miller’s Studio”.
